Valor has an extensive training ciriculumn that places a lot of emphasis on how to properly overcome objections, without upsetting the customer. We find that with this training, even the most challenging of calls can be simple if our values are followed.

We have a great team of people who know to work hard and play hard. Strategically located in Jacksonville FL, we are located in a secure facility surrounded by a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, and entertainment venues.

To encourage communication and collaboration amongst our talents, we have a truly open floor concept that encourages people to think outside the box, literally. Around the kitchen area’s “Gallies”, you will find a variety of fresh fruit, bagels, veggies, snacks, and beverages. Aside from various social events, we also have a dedicated game hour every week as an informal way of team building.

Although Valor is a new company, its leadership has a combined industry experience of 250+ years. More importantly, Valor understands the value of excellent performance combined with treating their clients and their customers like pure gold.
